The rooms need upgrade and the tv need a manual that will make it easier to understand then spend time trying to figure it out

This place is very beautiful, a get away, everything about this place is amazing, people are amazing,food is amazing rooms are clean ,service is good, we enjoyed our stay & definitely making our way back there again, we felt at home...thanks to the staff & everyone who made our stay an amazing stay ever

Been there a few times with the family. I really enjoyed the outdoor facilities (pool, put put, games room). The meals in the restaurant are well prepared and tasty. Problems are that many items that my group ordered from the menu were not available (lamb shank, pizza, etc). The meals also take very long to prepare. The staff are all very friendly and very eager to assist.

This property is awesome! Brigette runs an amazing outlet. My family loved the location, the indoor games, the swimming pool and private beach. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming especially Lindelani. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

This place is AMAZING. I have been to many hotels and restaurants in my life but this establishment should be given 5 star rating! To start with, on entrance you are greeted by friendly security guards that make you feel like they have been waiting for you! A trip to the bar only enhances your experience. The barman and waiter are constantly attentive and your order is promptly served while you ensure the natural ambiance over looking the pool. Our dinner orders were taken when we were ready and we even had the chef come out to us to clarify our order. How that for being spoilt and making us feel important? As soon as our meals were ready, we were invited into the dinning hall. Our meals were out of this world. The portions and presentations of the meals were excellent. The taste was outstanding, the chef really seemed to have made our meals special. Our waiter fussed over us constantly to ensure we were satisfied. This establishment emanates customer service to perfection!

Place is well situated along the beach, there is a nice bridge walk way directly from the hotel to the bridge which is access controlled, the hotel itself is nice, really great lunch and supper buffets, my requested for a few chilli on the side was fulfilled every day, lots of areas to lounge around the hotel and relax
